We have with us, Advocate & Solicitor Ms. Manisha Paranjpe Pannikar, a highly accomplished lawyer, partner at Dhaval Vussonji & Co., leading their real-estate& conveyancing practice, Mumbai University merit ranker at the LLB exams and a gold medalist at the Solicitor's exam conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society; She's also a mother of two beautiful girls and manages the delicate balance between work and personal life adeptly.

 

Manisha speaks to us about Solicitor's practice, the extremely demanding Sols exam, the skills needed to be successful there; about real-estate law and what it means for the layman, and about careers within real-estate law. Finally, we also discuss about balancing the very demanding roles of motherhood and being a full-time lawyer, and some tips that would help make this task easier.
